Early booking advantage
The Early Booking Advantage offers you a discount of five per cent for bookings for a minimum stay of five nights/six days, if any holiday in this brochure is booked, paid for and all relevant documents are issued not less than 21 days prior to departure and no further changes made thereafter. Please note for cruises 45 days prior to departure and for safaris and overland tours 35 days prior to departure will apply. This offer is not applicable for Dubai only packages.
Passport and visa
For many countries you may need to obtain visas prior to departure. Please check with us, the consulate of your respective country, or your travel agent for details and allow sufficient time for processing the visa.
All the flexibility and reliability of scheduled flights
Most of our international flights are on Emirates, whose exceptionally-high quality of service has won the airline over 300 international awards. On journeys between places not served by us we have carefully selected those carriers whose departure times best meet the requirements of our clients.
We’re there to help from the moment you arrive
At nearly all our destinations we can arrange for you to be met at the airport, where the helpful, friendly staff of our local business partners are ready to assist you. This is an optional service and should be requested at the time of booking.
Transfer in style – by private car
In addition to being met on arrival, in most destinations we include coach transfers from the airport to your hotel. This could be upgraded to a private vehicle exclusively for your use and should be requested at the time of booking.
Assistance when you need it
We have carefully chosen the companies with which we work overseas for their ability to look after you. Should you need any assistance or information during your stay all you have to do is telephone them – in most destinations we offer 24-hour service.
